We did this to different shops ,Mircosoft, Apple and Boots,and went to OXford street as soon as we decided this, We layout the "aeiou" sheet, which made it easier for us to sort out the information we need, listed every related information on the sheet by each people and find insights.

  • Apple store

In apple, people are more likely to serve themself, there will be comparisons, of the price and function will be list out on the screen, however, if you want to know more customized service, you should book in advance, or queen in the entrance.

There also most no shop assistance here,

  • Microsoft

Microsoft provide far more service than Apple, their products are boarder than Apple, you can even spend half a day inside the store without exaggeration, and their shopping assistances are willing to help, if you stay in front of a particular product, they will walk to you and introduce it.

AEIOU about MICROSOFT

Within those three, Boots aroused my strong interest, customers continuously communicate with the information on the product, so I draw the storyboard, in this hypothesis, this machine can help people, to single out their ideal product, boost communicate effectivity with commodities
